1. General Terms

Welcome to 367bd. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 367bd ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") with respect to your access to and use of the 367bd website, mobile interface, betting markets, casino games, promotional materials and all related services available at https://367bd.vip ("the Service").

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager or otherwise using any component of the 367bd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

367bd reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of the 367bd platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must immediately cease using the Service and close your account.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to 367bd is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the period they hold a 367bd account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 367bd operates a strict 18+ policy. We actively verify the age of our players and will suspend any account where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into contracts, you are not eligible to use 367bd.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of play. 367bd makes no warranty that the Service is available, lawful or appropriate in any specific jurisdiction.

• One account rule: You may hold only one active 367bd account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

367bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our verification team will result in account suspension pending resolution.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of 367bd services — including placing bets, playing casino games and processing deposits and withdrawals — you are required to register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and contact details.

You agree that all information provided during registration and at any point thereafter is truthful, accurate and up to date. Should any of your details change, you are obligated to update your account information promptly. 367bd accepts no liability for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations, 367bd may require you to submit one or more of the following identity documents before your account is fully verified and before withdrawals are processed:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid Bangladesh passport
• Bangladesh driving licence
• Utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 90 days confirming your residential address
• Screenshot or confirmation of your bKash, Nagad or Rocket wallet registration details

367bd reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and restrict account activity until KYC verification is completed to our satisfaction. This is a standard compliance procedure and applies to all 367bd accounts regardless of the player's deposit history.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

367bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa and Mastercard. Supported payment methods may change from time to time — the current list of active payment options is displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your 367bd account.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. 367bd reserves the right to return funds to their source and close the associated account where a third-party deposit is identified.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. This minimum applies across all supported payment methods unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed on the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal verification: All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. 367bd may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above ৳50,000.
• Currency: All transactions on 367bd are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion fees are applied by 367bd; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own fees — this is outside our control.
• Wagering requirements: Deposits made in conjunction with a promotional bonus may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Specific wagering conditions are set out in the relevant promotion's terms.

367bd does not accept cash deposits. Cryptocurrency deposits are not currently supported. 367bd reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time and to impose deposit or withdrawal limits on individual accounts as part of our responsible gaming and fraud prevention obligations.

5. Bonus & Promotions

From time to time, 367bd offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback and VIP rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 367bd promotions:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified 367bd players who are at least 18 years of age. Players who have self-excluded are not eligible to receive or claim bonuses.
• One bonus per household: 367bd limits promotional bonuses to one per household, per IP address and per device. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses using different accounts will be treated as a violation of the one-account rule.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified — unused bonus funds expire when the deadline passes.

• Maximum bet with active bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted stake per bet is ৳2,000 unless otherwise stated. Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active may be voided at 367bd's discretion.
• Bonus abuse: 367bd actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk. Where bonus abuse is identified, 367bd reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings and to close the relevant account.

367bd reserves the right to withdraw, amend or expire any promotion at any time. Promotions are offered at 367bd's absolute discretion and do not form part of any contractual entitlement.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 367bd are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, event or casino game, as published on the relevant section of the platform. In addition, the following general betting and gaming rules apply to all activity on 367bd:

• Finality of bets: Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by 367bd, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Bets are accepted at the price and market terms displayed at the time of placement.
• Palpable errors: 367bd reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error ("palpable error"), even after the event has taken place. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• Suspicious activity: 367bd monitors all betting activity for patterns that may indicate match-fixing, collusion or fraud. Where suspicious activity is identified, 367bd reserves the right to void all associated bets, suspend the relevant account and report the matter to the appropriate authorities.

• Maximum payout: 367bd may impose maximum payout limits per event, per market or per player account. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within the platform's betting interface. Any winnings in excess of the stated maximum will be capped at the maximum payout figure.

7. User Obligations

As a registered 367bd player, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent closure:

• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Attempting to access 367bd using automated software, bots, scripts or any technology designed to give an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Using a VPN, proxy or other technology to disguise your true location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the 367bd platform as a conduit.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through the exploitation of a technical error are void and will not be paid out.
• Harassing, threatening or acting abusively toward 367bd staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Sharing your 367bd account credentials with any other person or allowing any third party to operate your account on your behalf.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or distribute any content, data or intellectual property belonging to 367bd without express written permission.

367bd reserves the right to investigate all suspected violations of these obligations and to take appropriate action — up to and including permanent account closure and legal action — where a violation is confirmed. Any funds held in an account closed for breach of user obligations may be forfeited at 367bd's discretion.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

367bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the player.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requiring 367bd to restrict the account.
• Inactivity: accounts with no login or betting activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant and subject to an administration fee of ৳200 per month, deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

If you wish to close your 367bd account voluntarily, you may do so at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before requesting closure, please ensure that all pending bets are settled and that you have withdrawn any remaining balance. 367bd will process a final withdrawal of any remaining funds to your last verified payment method within 5 business days of account closure, provided the balance meets the minimum withdrawal threshold.

Where an account is closed by 367bd due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at 367bd's discretion. Players who dispute an account closure decision may submit a formal complaint to our support team in the first instance. We aim to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

Players who have voluntarily self-excluded may not request account reactivation until the self-exclusion period they selected has fully elapsed. 367bd will not reactivate a self-excluded account early under any circumstances, in line with our responsible gaming commitments.
